Want to capture your wedding proposal?

I LOVE to do a proposal photos. They are such fun, lovely, joyous occasions. I’ve done a LOT of these shoots and no one has said no yet!

Book me for your proposal photo shoot around Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham or Darlington and I will fully engage in whatever sneaky plans you have to ensure it remains a beautiful, unforgettable surprise for your partner! Everything from inventing competitions for you to ‘win’ a photo shoot to explain my presence, sneaking into rooms undetected, hiding in undergrowth on a river bank to capture a rowing boat proposal to being a random bird photographer on the beach. It’s all possible!

After the actual proposal is photographed along with all the reactions and as your partner recovers(!), we will take some more time to get some gorgeous ‘post-proposal’ photos too. The images you receive will be a permanent reminder of the emotion and reaction to this memorable moment. The only way to properly share the moment with family and friends, these photos are also the perfect way to announce your big engagement news on social media.

What makes a great location for a wedding proposal? Well often it’s somewhere special to the couple. Maybe where you first met, like to go walking, or it can just be a beautiful location which I’m more than happy to suggest if needed. Some of these images below are from woods, beaches, hotels, rivers. Indoors or out. We can make anywhere work for your proposal photos.

Within days of the shoot you'll receive over 100 edited images, downloadable in high resolution from your own personal online gallery with rights assigned to print up to 9" x 6" in size or use online.

I can of course supply prints, canvases, framed images, wall art and albums after the shoot in addition should you choose.

Your own proposal photo shoot starts at £169 for a shoot of up to one hour in and around the Durham and Hartlepool areas and includes all edited hi res images. More time can be added if wanted. A small travel cost may apply to locations further way.

I’d love to hear your plans for your own wedding proposal in North East England, and having done these shoots many times before, offer some sneaky advice on keeping it a surprise if wanted! Please contact me!
