Newton Hall is an exquisite wedding venue and provided the perfect backdrop for a magical wedding between Becky and Elliot.
A cold December day outside it was nice and toasty inside while I captured some of the preparations.
The bedroom we used at Newton Hall was bright and airy with some beautifully ornate and unusual furniture providing lovely opportunities for wonderful wedding photos.
After Becky made her decent down those impressive stairs it was time to head across for the main event and make her big entrance!
An emotional ceremony followed the grand entrance and once again the layout and light in this large room provided the light and space to capture that emotion and delight on camera as you’ll see from these wedding photos.
Not many venues allow indoor confetti(!) but it was here aplenty for the bride and groom’s exit and it looks fab!
The in all honesty pretty freezing and windy December day required a certain level of bravery on behalf of the bride and groom keen to capture some outdoor photos!
A little bravery goes a long way however and what great payback there was in the stunning images they got in return - even if Becky did need to retire for a hot cup of tea after to stop the shakes!
While Becky was warming up we managed some more lovely pics inside - nice and warm there it was! The quirky decoration really made some of the photos.
When the bride threw the bouquet from the top of the stairs it was unexpectedly caught by the Best Lady - I’m hoping that might lead to another booking soon…!
Finally it was off to a wonderfully decorated and dressed room for a sumptuous wedding breakfast.
Newton Hall certainly came up trumps for Becky and Elliot in allowing them to celebrate their wedding in style and I’d like to think that their photos reflected and complemented this.
