Ellingham Hall wedding photographer

Ellingham Hall proved a beautiful wedding venue for Holly & WIll on their big day in the summer. It’s a grand country setting in rural Northumberland complete with great photo opportunities both inside and out. This was a booking for my ‘Essentials’ package, although Holly and Will also chose to add an album to this digital package. Just 2 hours of coverage can go a surprisingly long way in the variety and number of wedding photos you can get. So here’s how we do it….

We started with a few photos of the groom and groomsmen outside enjoying the sun. The red hot day made the shades essential too!

It was then up to the bridal suite to find the beautiful bride…

…and the bridesmaids!

After grabbing a selection of photos in the Ellingham Hall bridal suite it was time to head downstairs for the main event.

The ceremony room at Ellingham Hall is stunning, the light lovely and all together it makes for some fab wedding photos including this lovely confetti shot of the newly weds exiting the ceremony.

A second dose of confetti as we came out into the bright sunshine and after guests had grabbed a drink or two we captured some of the family and group shots which the bride and groom had requested.

After that I sneaked off with the bride and groom for a 15 minute wander around the grounds of the hall, snatching some photos along the way.

Just about time to head back inside to get a few shots of their amazing cake before I finished and left them to enjoy the rest of their day in the lovely hall.

Holly and Will’s booking delivered them more than 300 beautiful quality, fully edited images downloadable in hi res from their own online gallery.
