Ellingham Hall wedding photographer, Northumberland

It was lovely to return to Elligham Hall in Northumberland for Carmen & Paul’s beautiful wedding.

If you want a country house style wedding then this is a great venue to pick and ticks all the boxes: Gorgeous photogenic grounds, a lovely, light room to have your ceremony in, sumptuous public rooms and HUGE classy bedrooms. It all makes for some stunning wedding photography.

After some time catching the dress and details and goings on with the bride and bridesmaids I popped down to find the groom and groomsmen.

Returning upstairs to find the bride miraculously ready! The size of the bedrooms at Ellingham means that even quite large group photos are possible - not the case in many wedding venues and hotels.

The space also gives a nice expansive feel to photos like these of the beautiful bride.

There’s always time for a selfie!

The ceremony room is light, airy and classy.

Ellingham Hall has a now pretty famous circular window where its compulsory to get a photo!

While the guests enjoyed themselves with a drink in the sun I stole Carmen and Paul for 15 minutes to take a quick wander around the lovely grounds.

There are many spots around the grounds for some stunning wedding photos of the now married couple.
