Ellingham Hall wedding photographer

Ellingham Hall is a beautiful wedding venue nestled just north of Alnwick in the ever wonderful Northumberland countryside. A great choice for picture perfect weddings. Georgia & Gareth chose this for their big day and I was lucky enough to be asked to capture their wedding photos.

When doing full day coverage of a wedding (I also offer wedding coverage from just 2 hours) I generally start around 2 hours before the ceremony time. This leaves me plenty of time to capture some of the dress, preparations, and ready photos as well as getting across to see the groom and groomsmen for some photos before the ceremony.

The bride’s entrance - an emotional moment.

I don’t like to take too much of the bride and groom’s time for photos away from their guests. For this wedding at Ellingham we took just 15 minutes out for them to wander and chill and grab a few pics on the way.

The setting for the wedding breakfast is gorgeous.

Often a cake cut goes straight into a first dance. But not for this wedding - sparklers first!

The first dance provided a beautiful end to my day’s photo coverage at this particular wedding and I left to allow the guests to enjoy the rest of the night.
