Outdoor maternity photo shoot in Northumberland

Leonie contacted me as she and her partner wanted some photos to celebrate and remember her pregnancy by. She wanted an outdoor shoot and after discussing a few suggestions we settled on the lovely Seaton Sluice beach.

We booked in a couple of evenings back to back so we had a reserve in case rain prevented the first date going ahead. We got lucky though and met on the first evening near the beach. After a quick chat about the sort of images they wanted, the balance between single and couple photos and a check on how far Leonie was comfortable to walk on the beach we set off with a plan.

We chatted, took a few photos, walked, chatted and few more photos and so on. In total the shoot took just under an hour. Within a couple of days they received around 100 edited images in hi res to download from their own online gallery which they could also share with friends if wanted.

It was lovely to receive some feedback from Leonie:
